Administrative Coordinator – Charleston, S.C.
QEI Security & Technology is currently looking for an administrative coordinator to oversee daily operations, projects and customer service.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:
- Act as administrative support for operations and sales management.
- Provide high level of customer service with professionalism, a positive attitude and the ability to help the caller without transferring to another person.
- Knowledge of all aspects of operations with the ability to solve issues as they arise.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure proper follow-up when necessary.
- Manage each technician’s daily work to ensure efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Evaluate and report on customer service operations performance and provide recommendations on improvements.
Requirements of Administrative Coordinator:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office programs
- Security or home technology background a plus
- High aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Pay based on experience
