Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Act as administrative support for operations and sales management.
  • Provide high level of customer service with professionalism, a positive attitude and the ability to help the caller without transferring to another person.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of operations with the ability to solve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure proper follow-up when necessary.
  • Manage each technician’s daily work to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Evaluate and report on customer service operations performance and provide recommendations on improvements.

Requirements of Administrative Coordinator:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office programs
  • Security or home technology background a plus
  • High aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
