Sales Representative – All Markets

Income potential of $40,000 – $70,000 first year. We will coach outside sales representatives to a successful career in the security and home automation industry!

  • Ability to self-generate leads
  • Close sales of company-provided leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Design systems to meet client’s needs largely through in-home consultations
  • Develop lead sources and build referral network to develop into new sales
  • Collaborate with operations and technicians to ensure that all documentation is communicated properly and to customer’s needs
  • Effectively use CRM system and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key sales metrics


  • Minimum of one year outside sales experience or a background in the security or home automation industry
  • High school equivalent or higher
  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation required
  • Ability to convey technically complex services to clients in an intelligent, yet understandable manner
  • Lead generation capability
  • High level of comfort in using computer systems within a sales environment (Microsoft Outlook, Excel required), previous experience with CRM systems is a plus
